Terms of Service
The terms under which AzureOptimize provides its Azure cost optimization consulting services.
Last updated: 27 May 20261. Agreement
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") form a binding agreement between you (or the organization you represent) and AzureOptimize ("we", "us", "our"), an Azure cost optimization consulting service operating from Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. By visiting azureoptimize.pro, requesting a consultation, or purchasing any plan, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Services we provide
AzureOptimize offers professional consulting services focused on identifying and eliminating Microsoft Azure cloud spend inefficiencies. Our engagement typically follows four phases:
- Phase 1 — Expert Consultation: a free discovery session to understand your Azure environment.
- Phase 2 — Cost Audit: a detailed cost intelligence report delivered within 48 hours, provided free of charge.
- Phase 3 — Implementation: paid execution of approved optimizations within a structured engagement window.
- Phase 4 — Ongoing Support: (Professional tier only) monthly monitoring and quarterly reviews for two years.
Phases 1 and 2 are always free. Phase 3 fees apply only after both parties review the audit findings and explicitly agree in writing to proceed.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to enter agreements on behalf of the organization you represent. Services are intended for businesses with active Microsoft Azure subscriptions.
4. Fees, billing and currency
Plan prices are listed on our order page and are based on visitor location:
- India: billed in Indian Rupees (INR) via Razorpay.
- Outside India: billed in United States Dollars (USD) via Razorpay.
All fees are one-time, fixed-fee charges payable in advance. There are no recurring charges, no auto-renewals, and no hidden costs. AzureOptimize does not charge Goods and Services Tax (GST) at this time; the price displayed is the total price you pay.
5. Refunds and cancellation
6. Your responsibilities
To enable us to deliver value, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information about your organization and Azure environment.
- Grant the scoped Azure access required to perform the audit and implementation, and revoke it cleanly when the engagement concludes.
- Review and explicitly approve every proposed change before we execute it.
- Maintain backups of your Azure resources and configurations as your own due diligence.
7. Our commitments and limitations
We commit to:
- Delivering the audit report within 48 hours of receiving access.
- Performing all implementation work within agreed maintenance windows, designed for zero downtime.
- Acting on no resource without your prior written approval.
- Treating your Azure credentials and data with strict confidentiality.
Estimated savings communicated by us are projections based on the snapshot of your Azure environment at audit time. Actual savings depend on factors outside our control — including your subsequent usage, Microsoft pricing changes, and your acceptance or rejection of individual recommendations. We do not guarantee a specific dollar amount of savings.
8. Intellectual property
The audit report, recommendations, scripts, and documentation we deliver to you are yours to use, retain, and act on internally for the benefit of your organization. They may not be resold, republished, or redistributed to third parties without our prior written consent. The AzureOptimize name, logo, methodology, and website content remain our property.
Microsoft Azure is a trademark of Microsoft Corporation. AzureOptimize is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Microsoft.
9. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during the engagement, including Azure resource details, billing data, and audit findings. This obligation survives the conclusion of the engagement.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- Our total liability arising out of or relating to the services shall not exceed the fees you have actually paid to us in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
- We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
- We are not responsible for downtime, billing fluctuations, or service disruptions caused by Microsoft Azure or any third-party platform.
11. Termination
You may revoke our Azure access at any time. Either party may discontinue further engagement at any time with written notice. Fees already paid for completed work are non-refundable, as set out in clause 5 and our Refund Policy.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were last revised. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
