Cancellation & Refund Policy
Our refund policy in plain language. Please read this carefully before completing payment.
Last updated: 27 May 20261. Why our service is structured this way
AzureOptimize is built around a deliberate "try before you buy" model:
- Phase 1 — Expert Consultation is free.
- Phase 2 — Cost Audit is free. You receive a complete cost intelligence report with our recommendations and projected savings.
- You then have unlimited time to review the findings, validate them internally, and decide whether you wish to engage us for paid implementation.
- Phase 3 — Implementation is the only paid step, and only begins after you have approved the audit findings and explicitly confirmed engagement.
Because you receive substantial value (the full audit and recommendations) before committing any money, paid plans are sold as final-sale services.
2. No refunds policy
All purchases made through azureoptimize.pro — whether for the Essential ($999 / ₹95,000) plan, the Professional ($1,499 / ₹1,42,500) plan, or any other paid offering — are:
- Final upon payment. We do not issue refunds, credits, or chargebacks for any reason.
- Non-transferable. Plans cannot be transferred to another organization or applied to a future engagement with a different entity.
- Non-cancellable once payment has been processed.
This applies regardless of:
- Your subjective satisfaction with the implementation outcome.
- Changes to your Azure environment, business priorities, or organizational structure after purchase.
- Microsoft Azure pricing changes, downtime, or policy changes occurring after our work is complete.
- Realized savings being lower than projected (savings projections are estimates — see our Terms of Service, clause 7).
3. Cancellation before payment
You may cancel a pending engagement at any time before payment is processed by simply not completing the Razorpay payment flow. No fees are charged, and no obligation arises until payment is successfully submitted and verified.
4. Cancellation after payment — what happens
If you decide not to proceed with the implementation after payment has been made:
- The fee paid is not refundable.
- You may, at your discretion, choose to reschedule the implementation window once (within 90 days of payment) at no additional cost.
- If you decline to schedule implementation within 90 days, the engagement is considered closed and the fee is retained.
5. Exceptional circumstances
The only situation in which we will issue a full refund is if we (AzureOptimize) fail to deliver any service whatsoever after payment has been received — for example, if we are unable to commence the engagement and provide no usable deliverable within 60 days of payment. In such a case, please email hello@azureoptimize.pro with your order details and we will process a full refund to the original payment method within 14 business days.
This exception applies only to non-delivery on our part. Dissatisfaction with the audit findings, scope of implementation, or projected savings does not qualify.
6. Chargebacks and disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute through your card issuer or bank without first contacting us in good faith is a breach of these terms. We reserve the right to:
- Contest the chargeback with full documentation of services rendered.
- Suspend or terminate any ongoing engagement immediately.
- Recover legal and administrative costs incurred in defending the dispute.

8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The version in force at the time of your purchase governs your transaction.
